The TURBO
FELTING BOARD provides you with the textured surface essential in the wet felting process. Over the years, like most feltmakers,
I've tried several different solutions. My search for the optimal surface is over. I developed this item and call it my
Turbo Felting Board (TFB) because it dramatically accelerates the felting/fulling process. It is sharply corrugated and has
a rubberized bottom for stability.
Since
providing Turbo Felting Boards to everyone in my felting workshops, there is never any whining, even by beginners taking on
lengthy projects like the Complex Cane Hand Felted Beads Necklace. And, seasoned feltmakers are amazed at the nearly "instant
gratification" it facilitates.
I find the Turbo Felting
Board’s standard square foot size is adequate for most projects.
